What is the capacity of the property?

Currently the house has a maximum capacity of 12 people; arranged in three bedrooms and an annexed apartment; the first offering a total capacity of 8 people and the second a capacity of 4 people. How much does it cost to rent Sa Blanca?

The price of the property varies according to the seasons in which you want to enjoy it. All information about the seasons and their prices, as well as certain specific dates or exceptions can be found by visiting the "Rates/Packs" section.

Can the house be rented for weekends or days?

The rental of the house is established at a minimum of one week (6 nights) within the "season" periods. In periods that are not considered "season" you can make an inquiry, through our contact form, for a time less than a week and, depending on availability, we can make a rental that corresponds to the specified days. In the "rates/packs" section you can find all the information regarding "seasons".

How can I make a reservation?

Making a reservation is very simple; 3 steps. In the "reservations" section, you must fill out our form where a series of personal data and information about the stay are requested, as well as the reservation conditions are presented. Subsequently, directly with the Sa Blanca team, the signing of the seasonal rental contract is formalized. If you have any questions, please contact us through our form in the "contact" section.

What happens if I want to cancel the reservation?

You can cancel the reservation whenever you wish, but there is a penalty for it. For reservations made more than 60 days in advance, the cancellation period will be effective within the 30 days prior to the chosen "arrival date". In this case, only 30% of the amount of the "reservation deposit" will be refunded, the rest being understood as compensation for damages. For reservations made less than 60 days in advance, there will be no refund of the amount of the "reservation deposit", the entire amount being understood as compensation for damages.

How to get to the house?

Once the reservation is processed and the rental of the property is confirmed, the Sa Blanca team sends you a detailed route map; time, kilometers and access roads.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in time to the property is from 4:00 p.m. on the day the lease begins and the check-out time from the property must occur before 11:00 a.m. on the day the lease ends. The check-in and check-out times can be advanced or delayed respectively as long as there is availability and prior consultation for it.
